From 2019, Yingchuang began to promote the innovation and practice of "Zero Waste Conference" in China.
As one of the most authoritative and forward-looking annual events of China's economy and the most important policy interpretation platform in China, the 10th Caixin summit specially invited Bao Pu regeneration as a zero waste partner to present a high-standard "waste free" summit in the whole process at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Baopu regeneration has been involved in the preparatory process of the summit and consulted on the venue resource management. The paper products, breast cards, beverage bottles and other wastes on site are effectively recycled by baopu regeneration with clear classification devices, and sent to the designated factory by professionals to generate environmental protection goods.
In January 2020, Yingchuang joined hands with baopu regeneration to help ocean capital build an annual meeting of "zero waste" operation and management. The concept of "zero waste" ran through the whole meeting and officially opened the first year of zero waste office of ocean capital 2020.

Yingchuang actively responded to the policy call of many national ministries and commissions on the pilot work of agricultural waste resource utilization, vigorously cooperated with many local governments and enterprises, and explored a set of one-stop service operation scheme for pesticide packaging deposit recovery suitable for China's national conditions and with strong reproducibility. This scheme is widely applicable to the scenes of centralized use of pesticides under China's national conditions, Realize the monitoring and traceability of the whole process of pesticide packaging from sales to recycling and then to transportation.
In 2018, the service operation plan was implemented in Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province, with a pilot recovery rate of nearly 100%. It was officially implemented in Luxian County, Sichuan Province, Qingshen and other places in 2019, and continued to be promoted nationwide to help the new process of safe recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste.

In 2019, in order to solve the increasingly serious pollution problem of plastic beverage bottles, Hong Kong joined the global plastic reduction action and plans to solve the recycling problem of plastic beverage bottles by promoting the producer responsibility system and laying intelligent recycling machines for beverage bottles. The Hong Kong government has invited public bidding all over the world to cooperate with the production and operation enterprises of intelligent recycling machines and tools to carry out the pilot work of intelligent recycling of plastic beverage bottles. Yingchuang stood out among many enterprises around the world and became one of the three enterprises that finally won the bid.
The H30 intelligent recycling machine jointly developed and produced by Yingchuang and Tao Lang served as the important task of the pilot, and was laid in the garbage classification and centralized recycling place designated by the Hong Kong government. Yingchuang intelligent recycling machine accounted for 60% of the pilot points. The pilot results show that Yingchuang intelligent recycling machine has been unanimously recognized by citizens and government officials in terms of recycling efficiency and use experience

In 2019, the government began to implement the policy of garbage sorting in many places, and made full use of the innovation and practical advantages in the field of resource recycling. The Internet plus intelligent solution was adopted to participate in the pilot projects of garbage sorting in Ningbo, Tianjin and other places in Zhejiang. In the same year, the pilot construction of "waste free city" was fully launched. The pilot promotion meeting of "waste free city" construction was held in Sanya. Representatives from all walks of life gathered in Sanya to discuss the construction path of "waste free city" in China. As a practitioner in the renewable resource utilization industry, Yingchuang will turn waste plastics into a trend item, jointly create conference environmental protection gifts with the 2019 "waste free city" construction pilot promotion meeting, and help Sanya convey the green business card of the ecological civilization image of "waste free city".

In December 2018, a number of universities and colleges in Beijing University of Technology jointly declared the project "Internet plus typical city regeneration resource recycling technology" based on big data, which is a key project of the Ministry of science and technology of China, which is involved in project implementation of project 1 and 3.

In 2017, Yingchuang recycling, taolang group and China Environmental Protection Foundation jointly established a special fund for green innovation, which is committed to promoting environmental protection education, practicing environmental protection public welfare projects, supporting relevant policy and technology research and promotion, etc.
In the same year, the "bottle safety · China" large-scale environmental protection public welfare action was launched to gather all social forces to pay attention to environmental protection, actively participate in public welfare actions and practice safe recycling. At 9:00 a.m. on May 9, 2019, the "clean planet" global linkage (China) activity hosted by the green innovation fund was held in Tianya Haijiao tourist area, Sanya City, Hainan Province. This is the first time that China has been invited to join the global linkage with 22 countries on five continents. The environmental volunteers and enthusiastic tourists of the green innovation fund take Tianya stone as a landmark, Use the picked up plastic bottles together to spell out the activity theme "clean planet" on the beach, so as to appeal to everyone to pay attention to and reduce the generation of plastic waste.

In the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Yingchuang became the designated recycling unit for waste beverage bottles in Beijing Olympic venues, contributing to the "Green Olympics". All waste beverage bottles enter the safe recycling channel for resource reuse.

By the end of 2019, China's outbreak of New Coronavirus, the demand for various kinds of epidemic prevention materials increased rapidly, and the support of the whole country was in the forefront. Enterprises with capacity from all walks of life also rushed back to work or even transformed, and tried to fill the gap.
