Nowadays, agricultural wastes scattered in farmland, land, rivers, ponds, etc. are numerous large and small pollution sources.

Based on the concept of "extended producer responsibility system-environmental deposit" and the integration of "Internet of Things+intelligence", INCOM provides a one-stop service operation scheme from the collection, removal, temporary storage to harmless treatment of pesticide packaging wastes, and a "package" of services that cover business consultation, scheme design and project operation to local governments.

In 2019, INCOM, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Luxian County, Sichuan Province, jointly carried out the deposit system of agricultural wastes in Luxian County, and set up a deposit recycling system for pesticide packaging wastes suitable for Luxian County, Sichuan Province. By the end of December 2020, Luxian County had recycled 13.2 tons of pesticide packaging wastes, with a recycling rate of over 86.1%.

In December 2019, INCOM’s pesticide packaging waste deposit recycling system officially landed in Qingshen County. By the end of December 2020, a total of 16 tons of pesticide packaging wastes had been recycled, with a recycling rate of 87.5%. While realizing the effective recycling of wastes, INCOM pushed forward the treatment process of agricultural non-point pollution; Meanwhile, information system helped the real-time and effective supervision of the whole chain of packaging waste recycling management.
